With a strong clientele of multicultural individuals over the years, he is a Personal trainer in true sense! This friendly coach deals with each client on a personal level giving special attention to achieve their goals and keeping them motivated, be it muscle gain or fatloss! With a career background of body building and powerlifting for over 6 years, he tries to inculcate the same level of determination in his clients, which he had towards his own goals.

His forte is mainly in weight management, body building, strength and conditioning, edurance training , circuit training, functional training, general and aerobic fitness & high intensity interval training.

His qualifications include Diploma in Personal Training, Reps India level 4 and U.A.E Reps Level 3 and ASFA certified Personal Trainer .

He is passionate about his work and strongly believes that every sweat you break is worth it in this fitness journey!
