During the 30-day period, your account cannot be used.
After deletion is complete, your data cannot be restored.

Health and Fitness Data (Health Connect and Apple Health)
The Difit Lifestyle app includes a feature called Fit Coin, which lets you set personal health goals and earn Fit Coins — an in-app virtual currency — for meeting them. To provide this feature, the app reads health and fitness data from Health Connect on Android devices, and from Apple Health on iOS devices, but only after you have explicitly granted permission. You are never required to grant this permission; the rest of the app works fully without it.
What We Read, and Why
We request read-only access. Difit never writes, modifies, or deletes any data in Health Connect or Apple Health. We read only the following data types, each strictly for the stated purpose:
* Steps — Shown on your Fit Coin dashboard and activity charts; used to measure the daily step goal you set and to award Fit Coins.
* Active Calories Burned — Shown on your dashboard and activity charts; used to measure the optional calorie goal you set and to award Fit Coins.
* Total Calories Burned — Read only because some wearables (such as Samsung Galaxy Watch) report calories solely as a combined total. Used for the same purpose as active calories, and never counted twice alongside it.
* Distance — Shown on your dashboard and activity charts as context for your walking, running, and workout activity.
* Sleep — Your total sleep duration is shown on your dashboard in rest-quality bands and on your activity charts; used to measure the optional sleep goal you set and to award Fit Coins.
* Heart Rate — Your most recent reading is shown on your dashboard, together with which of the five standard training zones it falls into, calculated from your age. Not used to award Fit Coins.
* Heart Rate Variability — Used to derive the stress-level indicator on your dashboard, shown in bands with general guidance on rest and recovery. Not used to award Fit Coins.
We request no other health data types. Each time the app syncs, it reads only a rolling window of approximately the last 48 hours; it does not read your long-term health history.
How This Data Is Stored & Processed
Health data read from Health Connect or Apple Health is cached in a local database on your device until it can be uploaded, then sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Difit’s secure cloud servers and stored against your Difit account. We store it strictly in order to:
1. Validate whether you met the goals you set, and award Fit Coins accordingly;
2. Display your daily, weekly, and monthly activity trends inside the app;
3. Rank you on leaderboards and in competitions you have explicitly opted to join. Only the calculated progress metric relevant to that competition (e.g., step count or points) and your chosen display name are visible to other participants — never your raw health records or detailed activity logs.
How This Data Is NOT Used
We want to be explicit. Difit does not:
* Sell your health or fitness data to anyone, under any circumstances;
* Transfer or disclose your health or fitness data to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers;
* Use your health or fitness data for advertising of any kind, including personalized or interest-based advertising;
* Use your health or fitness data to determine creditworthiness or for any lending or financial evaluation purpose;
* Share your health or fitness data with insurers, healthcare providers, or employers;
* Use your health or fitness data to train machine learning or AI models.
Health data is never passed to third-party analytics or attribution services used elsewhere in the app, and is never used for advertising purposes.
Compliance with Platform Health Policies
Our use of Health Connect and Apple Health API data adheres strictly to Google’s Health Connect Developer Policy and Apple’s HealthKit Human Interface and Review Guidelines. Health data is collected and processed exclusively to provide and improve user-facing features directly relevant to your health, wellness, and fitness management.
Your Control Over This Data
* Withdraw Permission at Any Time:
– Android: Open Settings › Security & privacy › Health Connect › App permissions › Difit (or use the Health Connect link inside the app settings).
– iOS: Open Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Difit.
Withdrawing permission stops all further reading immediately.
* Delete Your Data & Account:
You can delete your account and all associated health data at any time inside the app by navigating to Profile › Delete Account, or by submitting an account deletion request on our web portal at https://difitlifestyle.com/contact-us/. Upon initiating account deletion, all health records and cached data associated with your account are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
* Request Access: You may request a copy of your personal data or ask questions regarding your privacy by emailing getfit@difitlifestyle.com.
Data Retention Policy
We retain health and fitness data only for as long as your account remains active and the data is necessary to provide the Fit Coin feature (validating goals, displaying trends, and settling active competitions). Revoking Health Connect or Apple Health permissions stops further collection but does not retroactively delete stored historical trends; use the account deletion option mentioned above to permanently wipe your data.

Difit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The metrics and stress indicators shown in the app are intended solely for general wellness, fitness, and motivational purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions.
Children’s Privacy & Minors
Difit Lifestyle is a general-audience fitness app. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Fit Coin feature, and the health data permissions it relies on, are available only to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect health or fitness data from children under 13.
If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Fit Coin only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may at any time write to getfit@difitlifestyle.com to review the health data held for their child, request its immediate deletion, or revoke consent. Upon receiving such a request, we will cease data collection and permanently purge the data within 30 days. Parents can also revoke device-level permissions at any time via device settings.
