6×6 Semi Personal Training

Program Description

DiFit’s 6×6 personal training program ensures your body is provided with the right stimulus to progress to the achievement of your personal fitness goal. All you need to do is attend one session a week. The 6×6 Semi–personal training program will demonstrate training that gets the best results in the least amount of time.

Standard Fitness Assessment

DiFit’s standard fitness assessment is mandatory for every individual prior to starting the 6×6 semi-personal training program. A tailor-made fitness program is derived from this assessment, which will enable us to improve on your weakness in any fitness related domain such as endurance, strength, core strength, flexibility, power, agility, and coordination.

The standard fitness assessment is inclusive of two essential components:

  • Your Nutritional Habits
  • Lifestyle Patterns and Trends

A customized and systematic nutritional plan will be created based on the results derived from the assessment and convenient for your lifestyle. The plan will consist of two levels of programming (Level 1 & Level 2 Nutritional plan) which will be subjected to change in the 3rd week.

Assessment Frequency –

You will be undergoing DiFit’s standard assessment three times during the six-week program.

  • First Assessment: Identify your goals and weaknesses.
  • Second Assessment: rack and monitor your progress and identify roadblocks.
  • Third Assessment: reveal the progress in the achievement of the goals.

Program and training – Level 1& Level 2

The program will be divided into two separate levels.  Each level comes along with a unique nutritional and lifestyle program that will be subjected to readjustments to prevent plateaus.

  • Level 1 Training and Nutritional Program – Week 1-3 (3 Trainer led sessions)
  • Level 2 Training and nutritional program- Week 4-6 (3 Trainer led sessions)

Although you will be attending one session per week with the DiFit’s program trainer, you have the liberty to train between 1-5 times a week based on customized workouts that can be provided to you.

Additional Rewards and Bonuses

After completing the 6×6 semi-personal training program a client is entitled to apply for a 35% discount from any of DiFit’s standard personal training packages.

Option for a customized Personal Training Program:

You can also choose to train more than once a week with a personal trainer.  The trainer will brief and demonstrate the movements that you will be performing during your individual training session with its key points of performance, this is vital to promote the correct technique during any of the movements to promote their benefits.

Prior to each training session, you will receive your exercise plan, which will consist of

  • Type of exercise and training program
  • Structural warm up to prevent injuries and increase joint mobility
  • Target reps and duration for each set of exercises.
  • Intensity, the duration for each exercise and rest period for each exercise
  • Active recovery session.

Monitoring your goals and progress:

Post signing up you will receive a personal account which you will be able to access on our website, it will allow you to:

  • Track and monitor your training progress (Enter the number of reps, sets, weight or duration you have completed)
  • Details outlining your nutritional tasks and program for each level.
  • Have access to active recovery workouts
  • Solutions to the most common roadblocks people experience in training.

How will i achieve my goal if i am training only once per week?

Our clients training and lifestyle program are created based on the results derived from DiFit’s Standard assessment , the volume, intensity time, reps, sets and duration for each exercise is precisely monitored to ensure it provides your body with an optimal stimulus for growth to achieve any fitness goal. Not always more is better, although doing less but with precision and consistency leads to better long term results.

What if I want to train more than once a week?

We as well understand that there are people who thrive to train more than once a week, if you’re that type then don’t worry. Upon our client’s requests we do provide them with tailor made individual workout programs on your preferred training day based on our Cross-Training methodology if they’ve signed up for the 6×6 Semi-Personal Training Program. As well as you will be guided thoroughly by your Lifestyle coach on the technique of each movement that will be mentioned in your program so you can perform them safely and correctly to achieve better results.

. Are there any nutritional programs included in the 6x6 personal training program?

Yes, the 6×6 personal training program comes with its own unique nutritional program. There are two levels of nutritional programs the level 1 and level 2 nutritional program, both the programs are tailor made for our clients to achieve any fitness goal and enhance performance, in addition the nutritional programs are created to be followed along with the training program in order to promote better results.

Which place is the most ideal for training when following the 6x6 Semi-Personal training program?

DiFit is partnered up with several prestigious gyms all across the U.A.E, which would allow our clients to train at specific  gyms, but you could also choose to  train at your local gym in your residence, a park or at your home. We bring fitness to you, any facility which is convenient and safe for you to perform physical activity would be acceptable and would be equally effective in achieving your fitness goal.

How do I go on after completing the 6x6 program?

We prepare our program to prepare you for the future, after completing a program an individual will have gained heaps amount of knowledge and experience firsthand from our lifestyle coaches which would allow our clients to stay in shape, set new goals, get progressively fitter and deal with roadblocks in the future. In addition the individual will also have access to view  the 6×6 SEMI-PT program and Nutritional Program which was designed for them. The program could be followed in cycles once after completion.

Do i receive any additional benefits or discounts?

A person will also have better kinesthetic awareness to deal with complex movements that demand correct technique, these elements are part of our lifetime maintenance plan which is provided at the end of level two ( week 6 of the program) . We could upgrade you directly to our premium personal training program as well on which you could receive a discount of 35% after completing the 6×6 Semi- Personal Training Program, which would allow you to train more sessions in with your desired trainer at a per-session price lower compared to the 6×6 Semi-Personal Training Program.
