If you’re looking to achieve your fitness goals through a regimen that is fun, highly rewarding and drastically increases the rate at which you progress towards your goal, then you have come to the right place.

DiFits Holistic-Cross Training program comes with a proven and established approach where you get to choose your desired training type to achieve any fitness goal. If you’re a novice with no experience in training, an athlete or someone who’s looking to run your first marathon, we’ll help you get there!

Our Holistic Cross training approach is an all-round training formula which allows you to Cross -Train on every aspects of your fitness and achieve your fitness goal through incorporating different training methods under a single workout plan prepared by a team of specialist coaches.

The Method you can choose is up to you it could be anything such as

Pilates,  Boxing, MMA, Kick Boxing , Combat Sports,Functional Training, Swimming, Yoga, Metabolic Conditioning ( Cross Fit) , Strength Training, Body Building, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Endurance training, Power Lifting, Cycling, Olympic Weightlifting, Zumba, Boot Camp, Cycling, Pre and Post Natal Training, Joint Strength and Rehabilitation.

Once you select your training preference it could be aligned towards your fitness goal, be it

Weight Loss Postural Improvement  Building Lean Muscle Mass Strength, Endurance, Core Strength, Flexibility, Performance, Stress Relief, Speed, Agility, Power, Stability or All of the above.

The Holistic Training Programs works for Individuals of

 Different fitness levels, capacity, age, medical/Injury history. There are no restrictions or limitations to achieve your goal, all you have to do is sign up for the standard assessment and allow us to assess your weaknesses in order to turn them into your strengths.

You could have a specific fitness goal or have multiple goals and choose a single method or several methods with the option change them anytime without hampering your progress rate.  If you aren’t sure of what works best for you but know your goal, then don’t worry we’ll have a plan created for you after you sign up for DiFit’s Standard Assessment.

It is effective because we have a team of specialists that specialize in their respective fields in fitness, through extensive education and experience coaching individuals of different fitness levels. Hence why if you have multiple goals or a specific one, your training will be created and monitored by a team of specialists.

2. Can I change my type of training whenever I want?

Post signing up you will have an option to switch the type of training under a single training contract or choose multiple type of training and work towards your initial fitness goal or a different goal.

3. How do I benefit from Cross Training?

In order to increase the rate at which we progress towards our fitness goal it is necessary to cross train and work on our deficiencies as well, which vary depending on several factors from person to person. For instance if you are training to lose weight ,Cross-Training would allow you to add variance and work on your weaknesses as well which are preventing you to lose weight, once these weaknesses turn into strength, you’ll be smashing your workouts in no time.
