Julia specializes in personal training and group programs for body contouring, cross fit, body pumping with minimal weights or body weight. she uses modern technologies (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) in conjunction with fitness for better slimming results and achieving your goals and knows everything about correct and safe stretching, strengthening posture and muscle corset using the Pilates technique and, she can help you find peace and unity with your soul in Yoga classes.
