DiFit lifestyle coach POOJA has been professionally into yoga for more than 5 years.She has done 3yrs of Bachelors in yoga, 500hrs YTTc, 100hrs RPYS.
As a believer that yoga is for everybody she has shared yoga with children, senior citizens, and all ages and abilities in between. Pooja is especially interested in educating athletes about how yoga can benefit them. She believes that yoga guide and inspired her and made a better person .
Pooja’s goal is to facilitate a fitness class of a yoga practice that makes people feel empowered. She believes that by sharing breath, movement, motivating music and energy people can empower one another to be strong and positively focused on and off the mat.
