DiFit Lifestyle Coach Pooja is a certified level 4 personal trainer, yoga instructor and a Zumba instructor. She has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her passion started with keeping fit through dance, which then progressed into finding balance through yoga and meditation whilst also focusing on strength and conditioning.

Pooja is specializes in personal training, either one to one or group sessions. Her training and passion lies with yoga and meditation for inner peace and tranquility using traditional methods with a slight Pooja twist in it, strength and conditioning using body weight, dance and tone for all the dance lovers who want to leave the class feeling super charged.

Pooja comes in a small package, but is bursting with energy and is ready to spread that energy throughout the session no matter the training.

Pooja’s mission is to make sure, that everyone has a chance or a platform to focus on their health and well being both internally and externally. Every client is unique and very special to her and will leave her session feeling that way!
