When I started training with DiFit, my main focus was to improve my posture, get torn abs and improve my strength. Previously, I used to do a lot of group classes like Berry’s Bootcamp and cardio stuff. When I met DiFit Perosnal Trainer Shihab, he took a comprehensive fitness assessment and explained to me the Phase-by-Phase workout and nutririon programs. I have never seen a personal trainer explain very much detail about my current fitness level, posture, strength, body composition and nutrition. He created a plan that worked well and balanced with my day-to-day routine. I also enjoyed diffrent training specialities; Yoga with my mom, Boxing and Pilates.
