1. Do you provide a FREE online session?
Yes, we are offering a FREE trial or Assessment session for new clients.
2. Do you provide 1-on-1 virtual Private training sessions?
Yes we are providing face to face online private training sessions including diet and nutrition plan.
3. Explain how effective your online training?
Our team developed hundreds of home workout programs which combat your fitness goals in different lev-els beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Our coaches are fully qualified and registered under the sports council in Dubai REPs. DiFit Lifestyle training methodology consist of three Phases and each phase there will be three weeks of training, performance progress tracking and nutrition plan.
4. How do you track the progress?
We are using DiFit Lifestyle mobile app to track the progress.
5. Do you take fitness assessment through online? How?
Yes, we have created an online assessment pattern to evaluate your current fitness level. There is four elements in our online assessment. Likewise; body composition, physical fitness test, circumference test, pos-ture evaluation and mobility test.
6. Do you provide customized nutrition plan?
Yes, we are providing customized nutritional plan based on your food preferences and goals. For instance weight loss:
Phase 1 – Balanced Diet
Phase 2 – Keto/LCHF Diet
Phase 3 – Intermittent Fast
7. Do you take any nutritional assessments?
Yes, We take effective measures on pre-diet including; medical condition, dietary habits, food allergy, intolerance and lifestyle.

1. Can I take a minimum package to try out all specialties?
Yes, you can experience different training specialties even in a minimum package. Eg; try one boxing session and next for a yoga session or swimming etc.
2. Can I train at my building gym or home?
Yes, If your gym in Dubai allows you to use the services of a freelance personal trainer this is not a problem. Otherwise our team will suggest alternative locations.
3. Explain how effective your training?

4. How do you track the progress?

5. Do you provide diet and nutrition plan?
Yes, Diet and Nutrition is an important key to achieve any fitness goals. We are providing diet and nutritional programs on the based on your requirements, food and lifestyle choices.
6. Can I pre-book the sessions?
Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your sessions to avoid disappointment. Pre-booking also provides you with focus and motivation.
7. What is the procedure if i want to cancel the session?
Personal Training cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. We understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session.
8. Do I need to buy any equipment to train at home?
No need, if your training required a special piece of equipment then the trainer will inform you to get that to achieve your optimum goals. Usually trainer will carry a standard training kit with the necessary training accessories.
