Aswathy is a Difit Lifestyle coach who has been a fitness trainer for over five years with much passion towards seeing clients achieve personal and group health and fitness aspirations. I bring in my very strong understanding as a passionate professional and sportswoman of the meaning of discipline, perseverance, and the importance of a balanced fitness routine. My program is a synergy of individualized workout plans, nutrition guidance, as well as mental motivators that assist clients in strengthening their bodies, increasing endurance, and living a healthier life.
In addition to the sports foundation, I use an athletic approach and performance-based training for my sessions that are appropriate for all fitness levels. I have a true passion for fitness and that passion is not just in the area of physical transformation; it is for inspiring confidence and positive thinking while inculcating in everyone I work with an active lifestyle.
