Eliza specializes in personal training and group programs for body shaping, crossfit, body pumping with minimal weights or body weight. She is a performing athlete in bodybuilding competitions and can prepare anyone who wants to compete in a bikini fitness competition – a fitness model. She uses heavy weights and bodyweight training for the best weight loss results and achievement of her goals and knows everything about correct and safe stretching, strengthening posture, body ballet, bare and muscle core with the help of Pilates technique and, combined with meditation in yoga classes.

She is a food specialist and nutritionist and can help you overcome a food addiction or teach you how to eat right to achieve your fitness goals. her motto is to develop easily, the main thing is to have a competent mentor nearby!
