DiFit Lifestyle coach Hany is having an academic background (Bachelor of Science in physical education and Sport) which helped her to understand the goals of a client in terms of health, wellness, suitable method or programs etc. Hany also has been working as fitness instructor, Aerobics instructor, Pilates and Strength trainer for the last 17 years
She loves to train all forms of exercise including cycling, TRX, functional ,competitive movement Also she is been teaching yoga.
