DiFit Lifestyle Coach, Imane, has been practising fitness and pilates professionally for over 5 years. During his school days, he participated in physical fitness and running competitions and had several medals. In high school, he studied aerobics and received an international aerobics certificate. Since 2015, she studied fitness . In the beginning, she only focused on her own sports and fitness, and after one year, she started teaching and private classes. she received a master’s degree in fitness and Pilates level 5, and the field is active. In 2020, he received the hatha yoga course, and in 2021, she received the Master Hammock Yoga (Fly Yoga) course. She discovered her love of fitness and pilates and realized that pilates and fitness changed her lifestyle and attitude, and the benefits of fitness and diet made her stronger, more energetic, and able to contribute to the community. She strongly believes that Pilates and fitness are not just about the body but a lifestyle.
