DiFit Lifestyle coach Karishma completed her international-level certification. She started practicing when she was very young, but what made her fall in love with the practice was how it changed her outlook on life! This is what intrigued her to get into teacher training.
She specializes in Hatha, vinyasa, and yoga nidra ( deep guided meditation) as well as Boxing and Kick Boxing.
