Ravina Difit Lifestyle Yoga and Pilates Trainer is an experienced and committed to facilitating mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Her expertise in the wellness sphere is more than five years; she presents the individualized plans helping to develop balance, strength, flexibility and inner stability. She integrates classic yogic knowledge with the contemporary movement science in order to bring about secure, systematic, and outcome-based classes.

She has a Masters degree in Yogic science and her certification is done by Uttarakhand India but she also has specialized training in Hatha Traditional Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. She is a Pilates Instructor, too, having the opportunity of hands-on experience in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, core strengthening and alignment, mobility, and functional training.

Ravina practices Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga and has a background in providing safe and conscious practices to women going through the pregnancy and post-delivery recession. Her classes are centered around breath, strength, flexibility, emotional stability, and general well-being of mothers.

She combines her teachings on asana, pranayama, and meditation, as well as breathwork, in order to balance the body and mind. She also successfully works under clients who need to lose weight, learn how to manage stress, improve postures, get therapeutic help and develop strength. Ravina provides a positive atmosphere in which students feel safe, coached and encouraged in their wellness process.
