Rebecca’s Experience with DiFit

When I started training with DiFit, my main focus was to improve my posture, get torn abs and improve my strength. Previously, I used to do a lot of group classes like Berry’s Bootcamp and cardio stuff. When I met DiFit Perosnal Trainer Shihab, he took a comprehensive fitness assessment and explained to me the Phase-by-Phase workout and nutririon programs. I have never seen a personal trainer explain very much detail about my current fitness level, posture, strength, body composition and nutrition. He created a plan that worked well and balanced with my day-to-day routine. I also enjoyed diffrent training specialities; Yoga with my mom, Boxing and Pilates. Thanks to DiFit coaches for helping me achieve my goals, even for my family and strongly recommended. We look forward to seeing you again in Dubaï.
